Since April 2009 this market has been a fun community gathering-place reflective of the uniqueness of the North Shore. Every week locals and visitors alike gather to celebrate and to fill up on fresh locally grown produce, listen to live music, watch the kids make free arts & crafts, and soak up the North Shore vibe. Thursdays 3:00-7:00, rain or shine… tsunami, maybe not.

Comments & Testimonials:

“Great selection of fresh fruits and veggies, homemade drinks and salsas and various other goodies, fresh baked goods, local jams, and the list goes on!  I must add, I was very happy to see one of my favorite crepe places had a stand there! Also, its really well laid out where you can’t miss a thing.  Laid back atmosphere and friendly people.” Mel G., Honolulu

“It is one of the larger farmer’s market in the area. Wonderful for taking kids and stretching your legs. Good for grabbing food to eat right there or for later in your hotel room. Bring a cold bag. We liked the sea asparagus tent and Pastel tent.” Van T.
“They have a nice seating area covered with table clothes and tented for a nice shade right next to the entertainment… which was a guy playing his guitar and a harmonica!  We loved listening to his music.  My wife bought quite a bit of produce which was first rate!  The tomatoes were beautiful, bright and red.  The zucchini were huge and prices were very reasonable.”  David C.

“This is a great farmers’ market. Of course there is a ton of local produce, but you can also find delicious “sea asparagus,” smoked fish, both meaty and vegetarian lunches, tasty jams and jellies, and cool crafts.  Be sure to get a cup of Universe Juice from the friendly guy who whips up smoothies in solar-powered Magic Bullet blenders” Raina S.

“The Haleiwa Farmers’ Market is one of my favorite weekend activities. Enjoy a nice drive up to the north shore, pick up some local fruits, food and treats, swim afterward, head home. The market has vendors selling prepared food, local produce, crafts, and many other local Hawaiian things. The market is also growing with new vendors showing up pretty often. I really can’t say enough nice things about this market. I really enjoy spending time here on Sundays and it’s definitely a must-see for folks visiting the north shore.” David M.

“When I was in Hawaii, I was on the North Shore and this market just knocked my sox off! The vendors, farmers, food selection, etc. were just amazing.” Valerie
