T&C Surf is thrilled to announce a meet and greet with over 18 invitees and alternates of the 2023-2024 Eddie Big Wave Invitational. The roots of the connection date back to Craig’s long-time friendship with EDDIE and the AIKAU Ohana. It is with great pleasure that we build on this relationship and celebrate the legacy of EDDIE.
This exciting event will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM at Pearlridge Center in Mauka Center Court. Attendees will have the chance to take selfies, receive free autographs, and win Eddie merchandise and the grand prize of a custom T&C Surf surfboard.
This is a unique opportunity for fans to meet this exclusive group of surfers who are destined to be part of big wave history. Bring Eddie gear to get autographed, take selfies with your favorite surfers, and score free giveaways. The atmosphere will be fueled with live local entertainment.
The Eddie Big Wave Invitational is held at Waimea Bay on the North Shore of Oahu. This iconic contest has only run 10 times since its inception in 1984, but has been the venue for countless historic performances. The last event ran on January 22, 2023 streaming over 3.5M views and over a billion impressions from around the world. This year’s holding period started on December 14, 2023 and runs through March 12, 2024 and will only run if wave face heights consistently reach 40 feet.
