This historic event is going to fill quickly and we need confirmation of competitor attendance and submitted entry form as soon as possible. On or before February 5, we expect to have Trials and the Main Event at Pipeline all seeded and closed. In addition to being an APB World Tour Event, this will also be Event NO. 1 of the Hawaii Pro Tour (tour points awarded).
In the Men’s Pro Division, the below list of 24 invited riders will compete against the following riders at Pipeline:
1. The APB top 32 (Including Ben Player and Alan Munoz injury wild cards). Ryan Hardy, Andre Botha, Guilherme Tamega, and Paulo Barcellos are seeded 33-36 as previous champions.
2. The top 16 Hawaii tour finishers from 2015.
3. Top 8 Trialists. Trials happening 16 Feb – 19th Feb Keaau’s or Sandy’s (where ever is best).
Men’s Pro Division – If you are not on the invitee list (see below), APB top 32 or Hawaii Tour Top 16, then you will need to do the Trials.
There will also be Womens, DK, Standup and Pro Jnr. division finals held at Pipe. Earlier rounds run at trials.
