Armed Servces YMCA Golf Tournament

On November 8th, 2019, under blue skies at the Hawaii Prince Golf Course some 198 golf enthusiasts gathered to participate in a truly wonderful show of support for our men and women in the armed services. In its third year running, Restaurant 604 and Chinen Marketing Group continue to organize this fundraiser for the Armed Services YMCA and Marine Recon Foundation.

Beside tons of great food, drink, a beautiful golf course and super fun times, the event raised about $10,000 for each organization which is about $2,000 more than last year!

Noteworthy in the surfing community was Big Wave World Champion Makua Rothman volunteered his time once again to attend and says, “I am here to support the Marine Recon Foundation and the Armed Services YMCA. These armed services members give their life for our country and our families; we’re all here today to support them! Donovan Maples and Restaurant 604 do so much for this community… He gives back to so many people and so many great things… so thank you very much to Donovan, his wife, his whole team, and everyone who supported this!”

The Eha Koa is a great opportunity for businesses and individuals to contribute and support a worthy cause.
